Privacy Policy
Alpha Growth Partners, LLC, DBA alphaScaling
Effective date: October 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Alpha Growth Partners, LLC, doing business as alphaScaling ("alphaScaling," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information. It applies to alphascaling.co and any other site, landing page, form, or advertisement we operate (together, the "Sites"), and to the services we provide to our business clients.

When you use our Sites, we and our service providers collect IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, and similar usage data. 2. How We Use Information

- Connect homeowners with the contractor they asked to hear from and schedule consultations
- Follow up with you by phone, text, and email about your request, including through automated tools where you have given consent
- Provide, manage, and improve our services, including advertising management, lead capture, follow-up, and appointment setting
- Verify that a consultation was requested and qualified, and resolve disputes about it

3. How We Share Information
We share personal information only as described here.
Contractor clients.
If you are a homeowner and you ask to be connected with a contractor, we share your name, contact details, and project information with that contractor so they can contact you and conduct the consultation you requested. We do this at your direction. The contractor is responsible for how it uses your information after we share it, and its own privacy practices apply to that use.
Service providers.
We use vendors that process information on our behalf, including customer relationship management and messaging platforms (such as HighLevel), telephony and text message carriers, email delivery, hosting, analytics, and scheduling tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
Advertising and analytics partners.
We use tools from companies such as Meta and Google to measure and improve advertising. These tools collect information about your visit through cookies and pixels, as described in Section 5. Depending on the state where you live, this may be considered “sharing” for targeted advertising. You can opt out as described in Section 8.
Legal and safety.
We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of alphaScaling, our clients, or others, or to enforce our agreements.
Business transfers.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Aggregated or de-identified data.
We may use and share information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it no longer identifies you.
We do not sell personal information to data brokers or to unrelated third parties.
4. Text Messages and Email
Text messages.
If you provide your mobile number and consent on one of our forms, we and the contractor you asked to hear from may text you about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number with a contractor only to carry out the consultation you requested.
Email.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message or by emailing support@alphascaling.co. We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. We may still send transactional messages related to services you requested.
Calls.
If you ask to be contacted by phone, we or the contractor may call you using the number you provided, including with automated dialing technology where you have given the required consent.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies on our Sites, including the Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics tools. These fall into the following types:
- Essential: needed for the Sites to function and for forms and scheduling to work.
- Analytics and performance: tell us which pages are visited and how visitors move through the Sites.
- Advertising: help us measure the results of our ads and show relevant ads on other platforms.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, but blocking them may affect how the Sites work. You can also:
- Adjust ad personalization in your Meta account's ad settings
- Use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- Opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org
Global Privacy Control. Where required by law, we treat browser-based Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising. Our Sites do not otherwise respond to “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no consistent industry standard for them.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including providing services, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. In general, we retain lead and prospect records for up to 24 months after our last interaction, after which we delete or de-identify them unless a longer period is required by law or by an active client agreement. Records of consent are kept as long as needed to demonstrate that consent was given.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Choices available to everyone
